Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone using LoadLander. It exists because our ability to deliver your calls and messages depends on our standing with mobile carriers. One account abusing it puts every other customer at risk.

Messaging

You must not use LoadLander to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages, or message anyone who has not consented where consent is required;
• message anyone who has opted out, by any means, at any time;
• disguise or misrepresent who is sending the message;
• send to purchased, scraped or rented lists;
• send content in any category prohibited by US mobile carriers, including cannabis, illegal substances, firearms, hate speech, adult content, gambling, high-risk lending, debt forgiveness or get-rich-quick schemes.

Every marketing message must identify your business and include a way to opt out. We honour STOP on your behalf automatically; you must not attempt to work around it.

General

You must not use LoadLander for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harassing; to infringe anyone's rights; to distribute malware; to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or white-label the platform; or to place unreasonable load on the service.

Carrier data

Information obtained through our carrier lookup tool comes from public FMCSA records and is provided for your own business use. Do not scrape it, resell it, or redistribute it as a dataset.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this policy, and where the breach threatens our carrier relationships we may do so immediately and without notice. We will always tell you why. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant carriers or authorities.
