Features
LoadLander isn't a long list of things to learn. It's a short list of things that run on their own. Here's all of it, and all of it is in the one plan.
The core four
Every morning LoadLander builds a prioritised list: contacts you haven't touched in a week or more, sorted by where they sit in your pipeline and what the load is worth. It shows the last conversation, the lane, the quote, and what you said you'd do next.
You work down it and you're done. No deciding, no scrolling a spreadsheet, no "who was I supposed to ring back?"
Click the name and the call goes out from your business number. When you hang up it's on the record: who, when, how long, attached to the right contact. Nobody has to remember to write it down, which is the reason most CRMs end up full of holes.
If they didn't answer, LoadLander puts "call again" on your list for three days' time. You don't do anything. That's the call that usually just disappears.
Move a quote to Quote Sent and the clock starts. Three days quiet and they get a text. Four days after that, an email. It stops the moment they reply, and the moment the load books, so nobody gets chased for something they've already given you.
Most quotes need three or four touches. Most brokers manage one. This is the single most common way loads get lost, and it's the easiest one to fix.
Two jobs. First: when a referred shipper looks you up before calling back, there's a real company at the other end: your lanes, your coverage, your MC and DOT numbers, your address, your name.
Second: the intake form asks who's asking. Shippers land in your pipeline with the lane, equipment and pickup date already filled in, and get an automatic reply while you're still reading yours. Carriers get sent to a packet request instead. Software vendors and job applicants get an email address.
We're not going to tell you a website will bring you shippers. It won't. It'll stop you losing the ones who already found you, and it'll keep the carriers out of your quote requests.
Everything else
There are no tier tags on this page, because there are no tiers. Everything below is in the one plan at $197 a month.
When a shipper becomes a customer, their details go straight into AscendTMS, Tai, Turvo, McLeod or whatever you run. No double entry, no re-keying, no "which system is right?"
Calls, texts and emails threaded into one conversation per contact. Reply from one screen, on desktop or your phone.
Prospect → Contacted → Quote Sent → Negotiating → Load Booked → Won. Drag a deal and the automation for that stage fires. It stops at booked, deliberately: your TMS runs the load.
Lane origin and destination, equipment type, commodity, pickup date, rate. Not a generic sales CRM with the labels changed.
Carriers who find you get a packet request: USDOT, MC, equipment, lanes, insurance date, and their documents uploaded. It collects everything and keeps the checklist. You decide who you work with.
You can't tender to a carrier whose certificate has lapsed. Put the date in once and LoadLander tells you thirty days before it matters.
It's a reminder based on the date you entered. We don't monitor anything with FMCSA or your insurer.
A shipper says they're contracted until Q3. Instead of a 14-day chase that annoys them, LoadLander wakes up in Q3.
Contacts who've gone quiet get worked again automatically. They haven't stopped shipping; they've just stopped hearing from you.
On a call when another comes in? Two minutes later they get a text asking what they need. Most people would rather text anyway.
A dedicated number that follows you. Calls logged, texts logged, everything attached to the right contact.
Send to a segment: everyone in a lane, everyone you've quoted, everyone gone quiet.
Drop a link in a text and let a shipper book time without the back and forth.
Calls, text messages and emails all happen in the same interface you use at the desk, threaded to the same contact. Ring someone from your phone and it's logged against the record the same way. Answer a text on the app and it's in the thread when you open your laptop.
Your morning call list, your pipeline and your inbox, in your pocket. Nothing is desktop-only.
