What it costs to actually use it
Calls, texts and emails aren't included in the plan price, because a broker making 800 calls a month shouldn't subsidise one making 80. We bill them at close to cost. We're not making our money on your phone bill, and you're not getting a surprise at the end of a busy month.

Pricing questions
Why is there only one plan?
Because we couldn't find an honest place to draw the line. Everything in the product is something a working broker needs. Splitting it into tiers would mean deliberately withholding useful things from the people paying least, and we'd rather just charge one price and give you all of it.
Is there a free trial?
Seven days, full access. We set the account up, import your contacts and switch on your follow-up. You're not evaluating an empty CRM.
Do I need a credit card to start?
We take a card to verify the account. It keeps trials to real businesses, and it means your account goes live immediately with a working phone number and messaging credit. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel before day 7 and nothing comes off it.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup is included, including on the trial.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Monthly cancels any time. Annual is paid up front and saves two months.
What happens if I hit the contact limit?
We'll tell you before you do. Nothing gets deleted. 25,000 contacts is more than almost any independent broker will use.
Why isn't phone usage included?
Because it varies enormously and we'd have to price for the heaviest user. Billing at close to cost means a quiet month costs you almost nothing.
Do you replace my TMS?
No, and we don't want to. LoadLander runs everything before the load closes; your TMS runs everything after. When a shipper becomes a customer, one click sends their details across.
Will it work with my TMS?
Almost certainly. We connect to AscendTMS, Tai, Turvo, McLeod and anything else that accepts a connection. We set it up during onboarding. You don't do anything.
Why does texting take up to 7 days to switch on?
US mobile carriers require every business that sends texts to register. It's called A2P 10DLC and it applies to everyone. We file it for you the hour you sign up, and it can take up to 7 days to clear. Calls, email, your website and your call list all work immediately.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your contacts in a spreadsheet, your logo, and your business details for the carrier registration. That's it.
Is there anything else I'll need to buy?
No. Everything on this page is in the plan price. The only cost on top is usage: calls, texts and emails at the rates above.
